Oklahoma reporter Jeff Morgan writes about the state’s lack of competitive districts and how they disenfranchise voters by distorting representation.
“...voters become uninterested in elections when they aren’t competitive. People are less likely to vote, people are less likely to get out and get involved in the campaign, 'cause there aren't any campaigns that really count and make a difference.”
